At Milzastore.com, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Product: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong product compared to your order.
  • Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.): Returns for personal reasons are allowed, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

2. Return Timeframe

You must request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product. After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will provide the return address and instructions, including a prepaid return label if the return is due to our error.

4. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all labels attached. We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear, misuse, or missing original packaging.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve or reject the refund within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will provide a full refund including shipping costs.
  • Buyer Reason: If the return is due to buyer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

7. Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., different size or model), please specify this when contacting us. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and return conditions as above.

8. Order Cancellations
